I am an experienced and accredited collision reconstructionist who performs investigations and provides opinions on how collisions occurred, based on my reconstruction of the events leading up to, including, and after the event. I have dealt with hundreds of claims involving motor vehicle collisions, including issues such as commercial driver strategy and tactics, cargo securement and air brake performance.

I have been retained by many law firms and major insurers to perform collision reconstructions, which have included re-enactments, determining the location of evidence using photogrammetry, and providing opinions on commercial driver strategy and tactics and the appropriate standard of care.

I reside in Calgary, Alberta, a major North American travel hub. I have completed investigations, and / or testified in court in New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, Spokane, Kamloops, Yellowknife, and all over Western Canada. I attend collision locations and survey them using a Nikon Total Station survey instrument, I prepare drawings of the location,and take photographs and/or video footage as required. I communicate with law enforcement and gather what data is available to reconstruct the event. At your request, I provide an initial verbal or written status report on my findings, and back those findings up in a formal report for mediation, settlement conferences, or as your expert witness at trial if that becomes necessary.
